The rooms are well-appointed and brand-new with walk in shower, and the location is marvellous by tram. Everyone who works in the hotel is amazingly nice and accommodating.

Everything was perfect, we had brilliant 4 days here. Had twin room with a balcony and wake-up service was available in it. The food was outstanding - plenty of options. The location of the property was particularly good and perfect, to the bars on Old Town.

The guest room is recently refurbished with mini fridge, shower, a good view.

I’d say that room was well decorated and well-appointed, it had an electric kettle and a fridge, that's handy. This location was perfect and excellent, very close to the centre, both beaches and the old town which has nice tapas bars.

The location was pretty bad; Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

All the staff were really friendly giving some tips about the city.

The room was well decorated and great value with comfortable beds and an air conditioner, a safe, and a TV etc. The location in a very nice area was tranquil and decent and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. Had a very good stay on the whole very good holiday experience, and would have extended the stay.

The hotel has a lovely new bar area that complements the pool and patio seating. The Scottish receptionist was excellent and made our stay extra special. The cleaning lady kept our room spotless and even provided us with extra pillows. The barman was forgiving with my dodgy Spanish drink requests. The catering staff worked tirelessly during breakfast, which was a very pleasant experience. The location is great, with the beach within walking distance and the old town about 15 minutes away. The clubs are also just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The hotel offers a great view, has a brilliant design, and is located in a safe and peaceful area. The rooms are clean and well-furnished. After check-out, you can store your luggage and even use the shower before heading to the airport. The staff is amazing, and the breakfast is delicious.

Everything was simply perfect. This hotel is newly remodelled, has excellent employees in all areas. Really enjoyed how the fabulous and cool room with a balcony was arranged when we arrived. Had an electric kettle and a fridge at our disposal. The venue was a short walk from the beach and a minute walk from a performing arts theater. Set walk from restaurants and bars, it was a plus.

Spotlessly clean, great location near bars and restaurants but quiet pool area. Good for groups, nice rooms and showers. Disabled access through pool terrace. Free parking available for Blue Badge holders. Busy restaurant with regular food top ups and fish/meat options. Small but nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. 15/20 minute walk to old town/beach. Bright, modern restaurant with food to suit all tastes. Better than expected breakfast with delicious chocolate. Convenient location with a nearby supermarket.

Our location was unbeatable and magnificent in restaurant 4e. The room was brand-new and spotless, but best of all was garden view.
